Hockey Night in YVR

I had the pleasure of accompanying Zoltan of Showcase fame to the Vancouver vs San Jose game last Saturday.


No not that Zoltan.

We had beers, sang the national anthem with all we had, and the Canucks kicked some ass!

Dix grill for pulled pork sandos.



We ran into Andrew Markey from Hangman Events, sweet bro, nice beard. Zoltan is hitting the next level by now.



Goals from Alexander Edler and Mats Sundin in the first 6 minutes got the crowd into it quick.



They even let me on the ice while the game was going and I got this sweet photo. Look at the agony of defeat.



Then back to the seats for the 3rd period where Kevin Bieksa put it away for the 3-1 victory.



Then to top it all off Zoltan saw his Dad dancing on the jumbo screen, CRAZY!




We came, we saw, they won, and the night was a wrap. Thanks again Pete for the great seats.
